Não consigo ver o  Código-fonte do formulário para adicionar no site, ele não aparece nas opções

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

The source code option is only available on classic layout forms. As your form is using cards layout, the source code option is not available and can only be embedded using other options such as script, and iFrame.
