Now, coming back to your question, I went ahead and recalculated your upload space, it is now down to 2.45 GB out of your 10 GB limit. You can now continue receiving submissions.

Keep in mind that recalculating an upload space is only available from our end. But, you can free up upload space by deleting form submissions that contain uploaded files from your Jotform Tables. To clear your Upload space successfully, you have to remove them from your Trash Entries as well. Let me show you how it's done:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. I noticed that your account has been reset multiple times, and as a result, none of your usage limits are currently exceeded. Your Upload Space is at 2.24 GB out of 10.00 GB, so that shouldn’t be the reason your forms are inaccessible. I also tested one of your forms and it loaded without any issues or error messages. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
You can try to clear the form cache and test again. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
