Olá,
Gostaria de solicitar a verificação do limite da conta, fizemos a migração para esta conta ontem 11/12. E tivemos apenas 7 submissões, mas no acompanhamento do uso consta como se já tivéssemos atingido o limite.
Parece que a conta foi iniciada constando formulários preenchidos.
Poderia nos ajudar.

Now, coming back to your question, did you have some forms transferred from another account? If yes, take note that the form submission gathered is attached to the form, which means that once it is transferred, the submission usage will also be carried over to the new account owner. You will have to wait for the monthly reset schedule for your account for the Monthly Submissions usage to reset. You can review the monthly reset schedule on the usage page. Here's how to do it:
