Olá gostaria de saber como resolver o problema que estou enfrentando. É um transtorno pra mim ter que aceitar a solicitaçao no email para o cliente responder o formulario, queria deixar esse acesso ativo sempre. Uma cliente solicitou 16 vezes o acesso e eu não vi porque estava ocupada.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and saw that it was set to private. Only invited people are allowed to access the form when the form is set to private. You can send an email invitation to your customers, so they can get access to your private form. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Builder, go to Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Quick Share on the top left.
- Under Invite By Email, enter the customer's email and click on Send Invitation button after.
After you invite people to fill out your form, they’ll receive an email with a View Form button:
When they click the button, they’ll be asked to log in to their Jotform account, or they’ll need to create one to fill out your form:
Once they sign in with the email address they were invited with, they’ll be able to fill out the form.
