Tela branca ao enviar vários arquivos para um formulário

Bom dia !! Estou com o seguinte problema, assinei com vocês o plano com direito a 10G de envio de arquivo pois uso muito o formulário para enviar fotos de veículos, normalmente eu envio umas 100 fotos por formulário, porém estou tendo problemas com isso e começou recentemente, ao realizar o envio de formulários com mais de 60 fotos o Jotform trava, fica com a tela branca e não envia o formulário. Já testei com vários celulares diferentes, S10, IPHONE 15, IPHONE 10, IPHONE 8, PC, todos tenho o mesmo problema. Poderiam me ajudar por favor ?

Can you share with us the URL(s) of the form(s) you're referring to?

You can upload the video recording to any public sharing platform like Google Drive, YouTube, or Dropbox and share the public link with us. You can also use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

The maximum file size allowed per individual file in Jotform is 1GB, and the recommended maximum number of file uploads per entry is 25. After adding the File Upload element to your form, you can adjust the file size limit as needed. You can change the file upload size limit. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Build located at the top orange navigation bar.
2. Scroll down to the File Upload element and click on the Gear to open Properties.
3. Under the Options tab, toggle Limit File Size to the On position.
