Olá, estou tentando integrar meu formulário à minha conta no ActiveCampaign.

Hi Buzzmonitor,
Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to check on this. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hello Buzzmonitor,
You're welcome, and thanks for waiting. I cloned your form to test it and was able to replicate the issue easily. There’s a simple fix for this. We just need to refresh or reintegrate your ActiveCampaign account with the form. It's possible that the Valor field you’re trying to map is newly created. To make sure this field populates correctly, we need to refresh the connection.
Try removing the integration and then reintegrating it again. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab and click on ActiveCampaign under Integrations.
- Hover over the action you’re working on, click the three dots on the right side, and select 'Delete Action'.
- Then, click on the 'Yes, Discard' option.
After that, try to reintegrate it again. Take a look at my screencast to see my results:
We also have a guide about How to Integrate ActiveCampaign With Your Form that you can check out.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Unfortunately, this solution did not work. The AC field is not new, and not all of the lists are showing—only those that start with A, B, and C. I tried to integrate another form, and the same issue occurred. I also created new fields and lists. The ones starting with A, for example, appeared correctly. However, those starting with any other letter besides the ones I mentioned were not displayed. I recorded this video so you can better understand what's happening.

Hi Buzzmonitor,
I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

Hi Buzzmonitor,
When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I was able to map fields like Valor. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you check if all fields are added to your list? Let me show you how to do it:
- In the Manage Fields page of Active Campaign, go to the Contacts Tab and select one field that is not showing on your integration when mapping.
- Click on the Pencil Icon at the right side of the field. On the page that will pop-up, make sure to check Visible in Forms.
- Now, click on Show Advanced, make sure that the list that your using is checked so that the field will be included on the list.
- Make sure to Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
