Hi Isaias,
If I understand you correctly, you want to allow your team members to get the notification on their mobile if a form is submitted. To do that, they need to log in to your account from their device. But if you share your account with other users, your account might get suspended. To do that, you need to create a separate login for them or add them as a sub-user. To create a sub-user account, you'll need to have an Enterprise account. You can contact the Enterprise team here.
Also, you can send them notifications through Notification email alerts. However, as you have a Starter Plan, you can't add more than one recipient to your Notification email. To do that, you need to upgrade to your account with a Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan. You can check out our Pricing page for more information. Once you upgrade your account, you can add multiple recipients to your notification email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address and click on the Save button.
