1. Usando pela primeira vez para se substituo o google forms
2. Quais as limitações do plano básico?
3. Tem limite no número de respostas que um formulário pode gerar?
4. Ou o limite é no no número de formulários dentro do plano básico?
5. Pode indicar mais de um email para receber a resposta?
6. A resposta vem somente por email ou tem como gerar um arquivo pdf?

Now, coming back to your question. The Starter Plan (Free) has a limit of 100 submissions per month without the Jotform Sign Automation but with Jotform Sign Automation, the StarterPlan (Free) only has a limit of 10 submissions per month.
