Witam,
Dotyczy formularza eRobocze rejestracja i pola NIP.

Hi digitalbmplcat,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Polish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hi digitalbmplcat,
If the field in the widget Spreadsheet to Form can't find any data in the spreadsheet, it won't be filled, and therefore, it won't appear in the submission. As a workaround, you can create a short text field and create a condition, so if a NIP code isn't found in the database, the user should insert his code in this new field. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
2. Select Short Text and insert it below the NIP field. As an example, name it as: Your NIP code wasn't found in our database. Please enter here.
Now, let's create a condition on this field, so it will only appear when the NIP field isn't filled.
- Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of Form Builder.
- Select Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Click +Add a New Condition.
- Select Show/Hide Field and then set the conditions just like you see below:
Below, you can see a screencast of the result.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
