Hi Piotrek,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can use a PDF Embedder Widget to display a PDF document inside a form. It's easy, let's do it:
- In your form builder, click on Add form element and search for PDF Embedder widget.
- Now drag it onto your form.
- Click on the Gear icon on the widget to open settings and select the Upload file button and select the file you wish to upload.
- Now click on Update to save the upload.
Here is also a related guide on how to display a PDF document on your form. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I do everything according to the instructions. I check various PDF files. Each time they display as in the attached image. There's a problem with the display.

Hi Piotrek,
Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the file wasn't uploaded into the widget correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form builder, select the PDF Embedder widget and click on the Wand icon.
- Under General tab, click on Upload File button & choose the File you want to upload.
- Once file uploaded and preview is ready in PDF Embedder, click on Update Widget Button.

We also have a guide about How to Display a PDF Document on Your Form that you can check out. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

When I press the button - update widget nothing changes. The pdf file does not start displaying correctly. Maybe the problem is that I use the Polish interface of your sysytem. I am using MAC osx. When I select a pdf file to add and add it, this pdf opens in osx preview too. There is no such thing in your guide. It follows all the same steps. Something is wrong

Hi Piotrek,
Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Additionally, I've checked there are 2 PDF Embedder widgets on your form and one of them don't have any file uploaded. Can you upload your PDF file to any file uploader (Dropbox, Google Drive) and share the PDF file so that we can actually check your PDF file?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Everything became clear. The problem is the Firefox browser. In the Chrome browser everything is ok. I will let you know after testing.

I am sending a photo. How do you change the display settings so that the pdf displays like yours. In the full width without the two tabs on the left.

Hi Piotrek,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can try to click on the three dots icon and you should have an option to close it or change it to table of contents or something like that.
Check on this link if you want to learn more about how to hide side panel.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
