Hi lakottabv,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Polish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I believe you are asking if it's possible to link Jotform form responses to an external form. Indeed, it is possible if you are referring to embedding a PDF form to Jotform, via Smart PDF. Let me show you how:
1. On your account's My Forms, click Create Form.
2. Next, select Import Form from the list and then Import PDF Form. From there, look for the file you want to incorporate so you can make the changes you need for it.
And then, you just have to map the online form's fields to produce a document containing all the responses. And you can also update it by visiting this link.
You should then see both the online form that was generated from your imported PDF and the PDF itself. Be aware that the imported file and the online form will not have the same appearance. The form fields from your PDF file will be retrieved and replicated as best as the system can.
You can also check this link to know how to send submission data via a POST request. However, this feature is advanced and requires some programming knowledge, but you can give it a try.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
