- I acknowledge that company will be the sole owner of the copyright of the video content and that I will have no claim to any ownership or royalties from the use of my image, voice, and name.
- I also understand that my participation in any video production is completely voluntary, and I release the company, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising out of the use of my image, voice, and name in any video production.
- I have read this document, fully understand its contents, and agree to its terms.
