Welk pakket past bij mij?

Ik heb net een formulier samengesteld, wat al ideaal werkbaar is voor ons, (helemaal als ik hem aan Google sheets en Mollie zou koppelen). Maar graag zou ik toch nog even jullie professionele opinie ontvangen over wat wij het beste kunnen gebruiken.

Wij gaan 1x per jaar naar de beurs, waar wij de horeca verzorgen. D.w.z. lunch en diner voor de p/m 65 standhouders, voor 2 dagen. Aanmelden gaat via een formulier, maar we merken dat het heel last minute nog vaak wijzigt, door meerdere collega's worden de wijzigingen aangenomen, waardoor de administratie achteraf vaak niet klopt. Aan het eind van de beurs kunnen gekochte munten weer ingeleverd worden, ook dit moet verwerkt en terugbetaald worden. Oftewel, we willen de betalingen en/of facturatie achteraf soepeler laten lopen.

Omdat het maar 1x per jaar betreft, vraag ik me af of een bronzen pakket waardevol is voor ons. Of kunnen we wellicht met het gratis pakket de transacties verhogen?

Now, coming back to your question, On Jotform, you can have a monthly or yearly plan. Here is a link for the Jotform prices with the all covered features detail. Assuming that you are going to have a 65 payment submission sentries with exhibitors, that means you can choose Bronze monthly plan. This plan will give you 100 monthly payment submission limits, If you are going to receive more than 65 then you can upgrade to any other plan as per your needs anytime. On Jotform, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

We won't be able to increase any limits on the starter (free) plan. This link will give you all the payment gateway's details with the comparison chart. Here is a guide on how to integrate with payment gateways. On Jotform, you can have a monthly or yearly plan. Here is a guide on how to upgrade your account. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
