How to restore deleted folders

    Hallo

    Hi liesbeth.flo,

While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Dutch Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

Now, coming back to your question, we don't have a feature to restore deleted folders. Sometimes, saved cache in your browser interfere with the My Forms page. It may look like there are no folders, but these actually exists. I suggest logging out from your Jotform account and then clear your browser cache. It's necessary that you log out to make sure that any saved cache related to Jotform will be wiped out.

Also, are you sharing your login credentials to other users? There's a strong chance that these folders were manually deleted. If this is the case, we don't have a feature to restore deleted folders. You have to recreate them manually.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
