    Not at all! Jotform Agency Partners are only responsible for referring potential clients. For Enterprise referrals, our dedicated sales team will handle all communication, negotiations, and deal closures with the end user.

  • このプログラムでは、どのくらいのコミッションを得られますか？

    As an Agency Partner, you’ll earn a commission for each client you refer that purchases a Jotform plan. The commission structure is straightforward, with a fixed 30% rate for each successful referral. For more specific details, please refer to your partnership agreement.

    You’ll get email notifications from Tremendous for transferring commission payments, even though you will still receive your payment in your PayPal account. Commissions are paid based on the terms specified in your agreement.

    The primary difference between the two programs lies in their structure. The Agency Partner Program is commission-based, allowing you to earn commissions on the clients you bring into Jotform’s Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Enterprise plans. The Reseller Program is discount-based and only for Jotform Enterprise, meaning you purchase the product at a discount price and resell it to your clients.

  • リセラーパートナーとエージェンシーパートナーを同時に兼任することはできますか？

    Yes, you are welcome to participate in both the Agency Partner Program and the Reseller Program simultaneously.

  • 紹介したクライアントがエンタープライズプランにアップグレードしなかった場合はどうなりますか？

    While there are no penalties for clients not upgrading to Enterprise, we ask that partners stay engaged and continue to encourage the client. Though the sales team will handle the process, you’re welcome to encourage the client to help move things forward.

  • このプログラムでは、追加のボーナスやインセンティブを受け取ることはできますか？

    Yes, we provide additional bonuses and incentives depending on your performance.

  • 紹介したリードやコミッションはどのように確認できますか？

    You’ll have access to the Jotform Agency Partner Portal, where you can track your referrals, see the status of each lead, and monitor your commission earnings. This ensures transparency and gives you full visibility into the progress of your referred clients.

  • 業種や地域を問わず、クライアントを紹介することはできますか？

    Yes, the Agency Partner Program is open to referrals from any industry or region, provided the client is a potential fit for Jotform.

  • クライアントを紹介する際のサポートはありますか？

    Yes, we provide partners with a partner manager and a variety of marketing resources, co-branded materials, and training to help partners effectively promote Jotform.
