Conditional Logic: Skip to page based on user's response

Now, let me help you with your question. To redirect to different pages or fields based on their answers, you create a multipage form and then use the "Skip To/Hide A Page" condition. I can walk you through setting that up:

For this example, I used a single choice element for the user to select a page:

Next, adding the condition to set the redirection. Follow the screenshots and instructions below:

1. In Form Builder, click Settings in the top navigation.
2. Click Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Select Skip To/Hide A Page.

4. Set the condition for Going to page 3 option as follows, then click the Save button:

5. Add another condition for the other option, set as follows:
