Hello,
it is not embedded on my website.
I see it without flag (even though I selected the option with flags) and I have to keep it clicked to see the other options, which I cannot click anyway. It happens with other browsers and users too and even with the private inPrivate/in incognito.
It's the first time that I encounter this problem.

Since we are unable to replicate the issue on our end, could you take a screenshot of the console log in your browser? You can follow this guide on how to get a console report.
Additionally, try disabling any browser extensions you may have enabled, as they can sometimes interfere with the form's functionality.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
