AI Agent: Agent is not providing accurate replies

    Hi
    I uploaded a text file containing a short list of books. When I test whether there is a book that talks about a certain topic ("hospice"), which is in the list, the Assistant keeps repeating that it is not in the catalog. The text file is structured and divided coherently, it contains only 3 book titles (as an initial test) divided into author, title, info, url and description. Same problem adding the books using a direct link to their web-page. Really exhausted.

    Hi russiacristiana,

    I cloned and tested your AI Agent and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    A month has passed: is there any news? Because the assistant as it is continues to have hallucinations.
