Come creare una cartella di documenti caricati che può essere condivisa?

Buongiornoo volevo sapere un informazione io avrei creato un modulo con dei prodotti volevo sapere è possibile creare una cartella condivisa al fine di aggiornare le foto e i prodotti senza andare tutte le volte a modificare il modulo. non so anche un spazio di rete dove potere andare a modificare la foto di quel prodotto già esistente.

Can you explain a bit more about your requirements? Do you mean that you want to create a folder where you can share the uploaded photos or products from your forms? if yes, I'm afraid that we don't have this feature yet. However, you can upload your photos on any file-sharing platform such as OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Then get the file shareable link for the image to use it in the widget. Below is an example of how to get a shareable link if you upload the image in Google Drive.

1) Open Google Drive. Pathname will be https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive.

2) Right-click on the uploaded file or image.

3) Click on Get Link.

4) Below the link, make sure not to restrict your sharing options. Your file should be available for Anyone with the link.

5) Click on Copy link.

That's it. You can now use the copied link of the images in the Image Choices widget. I have also found a guide online on Upload files & folders to Google Drive for your reference. Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.

this could be a good idea for a shared folder on the network, but I need something that connects to the created module and in case of modification of the product I don't have to enter my profile but I can modify it by adding a photo in this folder

very likely I did not express myself well I could not make a video because in the end mine is a request for a function. I just wanted to know if there was a function available that allowed me to update the articles such as photos and descriptions via a folder without having to enter the edit module every time

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
