Perché il mio account è sospeso?

Buon pomeriggio Supporto Jotform

Il mio account è stato sospeso (come sapete), mentre cercavo di creare un'app, facendo delle prove e inserendo dei dati/funzioni fittizie prima di esser certo di voler acquistare un'abbonamento.

Ho scoperto da poco la vostra piattaforma (che adoro) per le innumerevoli funzioni e potenzialità che offre.

Non sono a conoscenza del motivo della sospensione, ma sicuramente mi saprete spiegare egregiamente cosa ho fatto involontariamente.

Spero di riavere l'attivazione del mio account per poter continuare a lavorare con voi e poter creare il "mondo".

Sarebbe un grande dispiacere per me dover rinunciare alla vostra favolosa struttura!

Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

I just heard back from our Review Team. After reviewing your account and forms, we found that it was mistakenly suspended. But we've already reactivated your account, and whitelisted your IP address. You should be able to log in again now.
