nonostante abbia cancellato (prima dall'archivio e poi definitivamente) gran parte dei file dei miei moduli, lo spazio di archiviazione rimane bloccato a 14 GB.

I recalculated your account's upload usage and see that they're now down to 5.41 GB. Your forms are also active and can receive submissions again.
