    Buongiorno,

    Vi contattiamo in quanto con alcuni partner stiamo riscontrando dei problemi quando ci caricano delle immagini sul formulario.

    Praticamente spesso ci arrivano dei formulari dove viene indicato che l'immagine è stata caricata, ma noi non possiamo né vederla, né scaricarla. Il campo del caricamento dell'immagine è stato impostato come obbligatorio, quindi l'utente non potrebbe procedere né con la compilazione del form, né con l'invio del formulario. Ciò nonostante ci arrivano dei formulari in cui non è stata caricata l'immagine

    Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was not able to go to the next page without uploading an image. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Is the form embedded on a website? If it is, could you please share the link to your website where your form is embedded? I can check it out and see what’s going on. Alternatively, is the issue happening with the PDF attachment that is received in the notification?

    If the PDF is not showing the uploaded file, you can fix it by adding a new PDF document in the PDF editor and deleting the existing PDF document. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the downward arrow on the top left corner of the page and then click on the PDF editor.
    2. Click on the + New PDF tab and then click on the New PDF Document from the dropdown.
    3. You can delete the older PDF document. Click on the Three dots of the IFW Retirement Fact Finder tab and then click on the Delete button from the dropdown.

    Now, when you download the PDF, it will show all your questions in your form.

    You can also attach this PDF to the notification or autoresponder email. Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
    4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.

    The problem is that the images are not coming in the answers and we cannnot download them.

    Hi Martin,

    Could you confirm this is the form you're referring to? I checked it and I noticed that for some entries, the Images are missing. I also noticed that you modified the element File Upload on June 19th and June 26th.

    It may be possible that it wasn't set as required before or an issue occurred. I've cloned and tested your form and couldn't replicate the issue.     It's not clear what didn't work here. Can we try to make a live submission test directly on your form?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Joseph,

    We had the same problem with an another form, which is only used to upload images: https://form.jotform.com/Lugano_Region/upload-immagini-banca-dati.

    We modified the element File Upload as required cause we thaught that was the problem, but the issue still continued.

    Sure you can make a try with both forms.

    Since I was unable to replicate the issue on your form, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your form again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, let us know and we will further check to see what is going on.
