The Inventory Widget is not updating the available quantity after deleting submissions.

    Buongiorno,

    ho un problema con il widget inventario: quando elimino le richieste, la quantità disponibile non si riaggiorna.

    Ho controllato che non ci fossere voci archiviate o cestinate. Ho trovato come altro suggerimento lo svuotamento della cache, ma non so se questo mi comporta la perdita dei dati di un altro modulo FONDAMENTALE al nostro servizio.

    Di preciso cosa viene eliminato svuotando la cache?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. When I tested the issue on my end, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found that the Inventory widget is intended to keep the remaining item count consistent.

    Additionally, clearing form caches is one of the options to troubleshoot or refresh your forms. It won’t cause you to lose any data, and it’s safe.
