  • Les Partenaire Solutions doivent-ils être impliqués dans le processus de vente ?

    Not at all! Jotform Agency Partners are only responsible for referring potential clients. For Enterprise referrals, our dedicated sales team will handle all communication, negotiations, and deal closures with the end user.

    You’ll get email notifications from Tremendous for transferring commission payments, even though you will still receive your payment in your PayPal account. Commissions are paid based on the terms specified in your agreement.

The Reseller Program is discount-based and only for Jotform Enterprise, meaning you purchase the product at a discount price and resell it to your clients.

  • Puis-je devenir Partenaire Revendeur et Partenaire Solutions en même temps ?

    Yes, you are welcome to participate in both the Agency Partner Program and the Reseller Program simultaneously.

  • Que se passe-t-il si un client recommandé ne passe pas à la version Entreprise ?

    While there are no penalties for clients not upgrading to Enterprise, we ask that partners stay engaged and continue to encourage the client. Though the sales team will handle the process, you’re welcome to encourage the client to help move things forward.

  • Puis-je gagner des bonus ou des incitations supplémentaires dans le cadre du programme ?

    Yes, we provide additional bonuses and incentives depending on your performance.

  • Comment puis-je suivre mes parrainages et mes commissions ?

    You’ll have access to the Jotform Agency Partner Portal, where you can track your referrals, see the status of each lead, and monitor your commission earnings. This ensures transparency and gives you full visibility into the progress of your referred clients.

  • Puis-je référer des clients de n’importe quel secteur ou région ?

    Yes, the Agency Partner Program is open to referrals from any industry or region, provided the client is a potential fit for Jotform.

    Yes, we provide partners with a partner manager and a variety of marketing resources, co-branded materials, and training to help partners effectively promote Jotform.
