Dans la boite de réception des formulaires nous avons "soumission 1 2 3...." (en jaune)

Comment remplacer cela de façon automatique par le nom du dossier saisi (en bleu) ?

Now, coming back to your question, it's really easy to customize the submission header on your Inbox. Let me show you how:

1. While in Inbox, click the Three Dot icon next to the main tab.
2. Now, choose Inbox Settings.
3. Under General Settings, scroll to Header section and select a field to use as header. That's it.
