How to count options that are selected in Multiple Choice Field?

Now going back to your question, you can add Form Calculation widget in your form to count the number of selected fields in the Multiple Choice Field. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element+.
2. Select the Widgets tab and add or drag Form Calculation widget in your form.
3. Set the formula by clicking f(x), search count, and add the Multiple Choice field.
4. Click on Save.
