Work Change Order Form
This Work Change Order Form contains form fields that ask for the client information, project details, list of specific changes, and signature. The Work Change Details section asks for the project name, the contract id, description, target completion date, and financial budget. The list of changes is using the Input Table that asks for the description of changes, reason, and amount. This template is using the Page Break tool in order to separate sections properly. This form template is using the Form Tabs widget that displays navigation at the top of the form which can be used to jump from one page to another.
