Editing Unique ID widget returns blanks screen

    Please see what happens when you click to edit the Unique ID widget - it blanks the screen.

    I have tested in Chrome, Edge and Firefox and all reproduce the same problem.

    I have the Unique ID widget on multiple forms and it occurs on each one.

    1. Clear your browser cache and try again to rule out any caching issues.
    2. Try disabling any browser extensions that might interfere with the form builder.
    3. Check if the issue persists on a different network or device to rule out local environment problems.

    If the problem continues, it may be related to a bug or a conflict in your forms. Unfortunately, editing the Unique ID widget should not blank the screen, so this behavior is unexpected.

    Please ensure your forms and widgets are updated to the latest version, and consider temporarily removing and re-adding the Unique ID widget to see if that resolves the issue.

    Thanks - to rule out your points:


    I installed Firefox from scratch.

    I also cleared Jotform cache.

    I tested with the simplest of forms (with a single field - Unique ID widget) - I sent you the URL.

    I still have the problem.

    Did you test by clicking on the field? If you don't have the issue, then I'd be very confused. If you do have the problem, please confirm by add the Unique ID to your own form and then click on it to edit.

    Keen for you to please test.

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Thank you - that is a big problem because I cannot reset invoice numbers on live registration forms.

    Kindly ensure this is a high priority investigation.

    Separately, your initial AI agent did not test the link and I had to restate the issue.
