Abhishek SinghAsked on August 11, 2025 at 9:59 AMI just want to confirm one more concern related to salesforce & Jotform Integration, currently we have multiple registrants in our form and for every registrants we need to create individual fields in salesforce; so in case if we want to create more registrants in form then subsequently we need to create fields in salesforce as well which is very long & In-effective approach because in salesforce we have a limitation for custom fields.
Do we have the capability in Jotform to send information of let say 10 registrants from a table into a single "Rich text" field in salesforce and next time if we add multiple registrants it can store and send it to salesforce without creation of new field.
And also if we can send information from Jotform and it'll store information in single record and remaining records will store in related lists in salesforce as a parent-child relationship.
If we can schedule a meeting to discuss this in detail that will be great.
Looking forward to hearing from you. -

Hi Abhishek,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, with the current Salesforce integration, each field in your Jotform form must be mapped to a separate field in Salesforce. This means that if you add more registrants as separate fields in your form, you would also need to create the corresponding fields in Salesforce — which, as you mentioned, can be restrictive if you’re nearing the custom field limit.
At this time, Jotform doesn't have a built-in feature to automatically send multiple registrants’ details into a single Salesforce field or to create parent-child relationships with related lists directly from the integration. All mapped data is sent on a one-to-one field basis.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
