Hi,
This is to inform you that we are using the widgets in Jotform in Integration with salesforce, we have added one custom button in widget, is there any option available that on every new click of a button we'll store this dynamic data directly to Lead from Jotform.

Hi Gaurav,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Currently, Jotform's Salesforce integration allows you to create or update records based on form submissions by mapping form fields to Salesforce objects such as leads. However, there is no direct built-in option to capture dynamic data from a custom button inside a widget on every click and send that data immediately to Salesforce.
Unfortunately, capturing each click event dynamically and sending it to Salesforce in real time would require custom development beyond the standard Jotform-Salesforce integration capabilities, such as using Salesforce APIs or custom middleware to handle the widget's dynamic data on every button click.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thanks for the response Lara.
I just want to confirm one more concern related to salesforce & Jotform Integration, currently we have multiple registrants in our form and for every registrants we need to create individual fields in salesforce; so in case if we want to create more registrants in form then subsequently we need to create fields in salesforce as well which is very long & In-effective approach because in salesforce we have a limitation for custom fields.
Do we have the capability in Jotform to send information of let say 10 registrants from a table into a single "Rich text" field in salesforce and next time if we add multiple registrants it can store and send it to salesforce without creation of new field.
And also if we can send information from Jotform and it'll store information in single record and remaining records will store in related lists in salesforce as a parent-child relationship.
If we can schedule a meeting to discuss this in detail that will be great.
Looking forward to hearing from you. -
