The Submit button isn't showing on the form

The fields fill in the table as shown which is great. But for some reason, I can not get a SUBMIT button to appear in the bottom field area - only Back shows up. How do I get SUBMIT button to show, it seems like I can not edit this. Thanks

I saw that there's no Submit element on the last page of your form, which is why you're unable to see a Submit button at the end of your form. To fix the issue, you can add a Submit element on the last page of your form. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.

2. Drag and drop a Submit element from the left side of the page to the last page of your form.

After that, can you test your form again to see if it's going to work?
