Forwarding values to another field

Hi - I have a survey with value response questions in 7 areas. The values for each section is summed and then averaged into a score for that section. I want to take the value calculated in the Score field and place it in a form spread sheet for each section

This screen shot shows where the values should go - I tried to use the field name and input id - neither works. What do I put in the settings for this table to get the values to show up in the table from each section?

    Hi Steve,

I've checked this out, and unfortunately, it's not possible to pass or copy a field value to the Spreadsheet widget. The workaround is to use the Input Table element and create a condition to pass the calculation value to the corresponding cell on the Input Table. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element + on the right side.Forwarding values to another field Image 1 Screenshot 60
    2. On the left panel, select Input Table.
    3. You can add a column by clicking on + add column.Forwarding values to another field Image 2 Screenshot 71
    4. On the element, click on gear icon on the right side.
    5. On the right panel, click on the Fields tab.
    6. Set the Input Type to Numeric Textbox.Forwarding values to another field Image 3 Screenshot 82

Next, create a condition to calculate a field value for the corresponding cell on the Input Table element.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Update/Calculate Field.Forwarding values to another field Image 4 Screenshot 93
    4. Next, create the condition as shown below.
    5. Finally, click on Save.Forwarding values to another field Image 5 Screenshot 104

Make sure to create conditions for the rest of the average score. We also have this guide about How to Insert Text or Calculation Into a Field Conditionally.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

The fields fill in the table as shown which is great. But for some reason, I can not get a SUBMIT button to appear in the bottom field area - only Back shows up. How do I get SUBMIT button to show, it seems like I can not edit this. Thanks
