Hiding a field on answer selection

I have created a condition to hide a field when question 22 is selected. It is not working. Could I have another condition that is preventing it from disappearing? I have looked through them but cannot find which one. How can I hide all the information if someone selects - no thanks?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you are referring to this form. After checking, the fields 21 seems to have Show conditional logic connected to it. When you have Show conditional logic connected to it, you don't need to add additional Hide conditional logic. This is because, by default, as long as the Show conditional logic isn't met, the field will remain hidden, and no additional setting is required.

So, you can go ahead and disable or delete these two conditional logic:

As long as field 19 doesn't equate to "Administration Upgrade package", field 21 will remain hidden. Adding additional Hide conditional logic may cause conflict to the field.
