When you offer your customers more methods to make payments, you increase the likelihood you’ll get paid. It’s simple logic.
That’s why we’re excited to announce a new PayPal Checkout integration, which allows form respondents to pay you through your forms via PayPal, credit card, and even Venmo.
Now when your customer fills out your payment form, they can use the payment method that works best for them.
You can collect payments for just about anything through your forms — event registrations, donations, products, deposits, and more. And getting started is easier than ever.
Here’s a quick guide to setting up PayPal Checkout for your payment form. Or check out our in-depth guide for setting up the PayPal Checkout integration.
- In the form builder, select PayPal Checkout from the list of payment options in Form Elements.
- Connect your PayPal account by entering your Client ID and Client Secret.
- Finally, select what you’d like to collect money for. If it’s a product, enter the name of your product and the price, and add any corresponding images.
That’s all there is to setting it up. Be sure to click Preview Form at the top right of the form builder to test your form.
Jotform and PayPal first partnered in 2010. Since then, tens of thousands of organizations have used our integration to collect secure payments through their forms. The new PayPal Checkout integration builds on that partnership by offering multiple payment types.
Not every customer wants to pay the same way. And now with Jotform and PayPal Checkout, they won’t have to.
