Empire Blueprint is a digital consulting firm located in Australia. Its mission is to help its clients improve four key areas of their businesses — visual brand identity, online presence, workflow solutions, and business support — so that they can enjoy better work-life balance.
Empire Blueprint’s CEO, John Pierre, was in search of a holistic solution to automate the company’s workflows and streamline processes in order to better serve its clients. He landed on Jotform Enterprise, which was quickly adopted throughout the organization.
Jotform Enterprise is the platform we use for anything you can imagine. From HR to ERP implementation, approvals, building apps, tracking capabilities, e-signatures, workflows, and more.

Simplifying data collection
Empire Blueprint uses Jotform Apps to create apps that clients can use to access forms and information about its services through any device. Says Pierre, “We build our customers a beautifully finished app, and oftentimes they go and use Jotform for themselves.”
Jotform Enterprise also helps Empire Blueprint to transform its clients’ data management processes. Clients often come to the organization struggling to manage years of data that they don’t know what to do with.
“Jotform Enterprise is powerful enough to collect over 30 years of industry knowledge,” says Pierre. “[It] solves how we collect and receive data from our clients. It allows us to help them run their businesses more effectively.”
Jotform Enterprise has allowed us to turn companies who are doing $5–10 million a year with no system into a company with structure. What we have done for our clients is amazing.

Transforming enterprise resource planning
The most impactful change Pierre made to his business with Jotform Enterprise was transforming its process for helping clients with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Before Empire Blueprint automated this process, it took two full working weeks just to collect all the necessary data to start the planning for the client. After that, it took another six weeks to build the reports for clients based on the data received. “It was stupidly crazy,” says Pierre.
The ERP implementation process involves a two-day consultation between a client and an Empire Blueprint expert, using a form with 1,570 questions and 2,000 conditional logic steps. Once the form is submitted, the client receives the outcome as a PDF report, which the team creates using Jotform Reports. The relevant teams at Empire Blueprint, both in Australia and offshore, also automatically receive the report.
With this method, the Empire Blueprint team can build the entire ERP system for the client in just five days.
“Jotform Enterprise has allowed us to turn companies who are doing $5–10 million a year with no system into a company with structure,” says Pierre. “What we have done for our clients is amazing,” says Pierre.
Streamlining HR processes
Empire Blueprint also helps clients streamline HR processes using Jotform Apps. “Thanks to Jotform Apps,” says Pierre, “we’ve become a hub for these manufacturers who would otherwise be lost.”
Empire Blueprint helps clients create their own apps to store HR documents and information in one place, making the data easily accessible in one place. Jotform Enterprise has helped automate the onboarding and hiring processes by creating digital efficiencies, saving time and effort.
“We have successfully been able to create questionnaires for new hires to fill out, and based on the data they provide, the offer letter and contract auto populates,” explains Pierre.
You truly have no idea how powerful this tool is because once you begin, it opens up a whole new world that you did not know existed.

One client was able to complete its entire onboarding process remotely and reduce the number of employees involved in the approval process. The new-hire process used to take this client a total of 24 hours to complete. Using Jotform Enterprise cut that time to just three hours, while ensuring the data collected was more organized and accurate.
Automating e-signature collection
Before starting to work with a new client, Empire Blueprint outlines the terms of the client engagement. Prior to adopting Jotform Enterprise, Empire Blueprint would send links to multiple forms for clients to sign. It was a difficult process to manage.
Now, the team uses Jotform Sign to easily collect e-signatures on proposals and scope-of-work contracts after the initial client consultation. Jotform Sign also allows the company to track e-signature documents throughout the signing process, providing an audit log of when documents are signed and by whom.
“We use Jotform Sign to collect signatures for billion-dollar contracts for our clients working with buildings and construction,” explains Pierre. “Honestly, there is nothing we haven’t used it for.”
After the forms are signed, Jotform Workflows routes copies of the signed proposal internally and to the client.
The workflow also includes approval steps when specific representatives need to sign off on an agreement. It even includes steps to automatically send feedback forms to clients, so Empire Blueprint can receive comments or questions as part of the proposal process.
