Is it possible to find out who filled out the form?

Would it be possible to pull an audit to know if it was the client or employee who filled in the data and pass them on with a print?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If someone fills out your form, the information will be saved in your Jotform Tables. This will allow you to see who submitted your form and what information they provided. Let me show you how:

1. Open My Forms and select the form with the entries you want to view.
2. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.

You’ll be redirected to Jotform Tables where the entries are listed. You can also download the submitted data as a PDF file and print it. You can check out this guide about How to Download Form Submissions as PDF.
