Export data not working

    Olá,

    Fiz uma solicitação de exportação de dados no dia 8 de junho, e o status da exportação está a uns 4 dias do mesmo jeito.

    Já tentei anteriormente e o processo acaba não sendo concluído, até abrir um chamado um tempo atrás a respeito.

    Estou sendo questionada pela equipe de segurança da informação, pois se eu não consegui fazer a exportação teremos um problema interno.

    I'm sorry you are having issues with the Export Data feature. The time it takes will depend on the total size of your data. If you have a lot of forms, uploaded files, and submission data, give it time to finish. To verify, are you downloading all of your forms, submission data, and uploaded files in a single request? Could you try exporting your data with just one of the options selected and see if it the issue persists?
