Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I reviewed your account and I can see that your form is currently in the Trash Bin. You may have deleted it at some point but it is still available to be recovered. Let me show you how:

1. Once you are logged in scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Trash.
2. Hover over your form and click Restore showing on the right side of the page.

Once the form is restored, you can delete submissions to free up some of your upload storage.
