A form that we use on a regular basis is no longer available- CITY FC Player Registration. Is there a way to retrieve the form and all of the information that was saved?

    Hi CITY,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

To retrieve your lost form and its saved information, please check your My Forms page, including the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side. If the form was deleted, you can restore it from the Trash folder within 30 days by selecting the form and clicking Restore.

If the form is not in these folders, it may have been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi omarlara04,

I can still see the form under your account. We can look into this further. We'll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
