Hi Karol,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you're over your Upload Space limit, which is now at 109.00 GB/100.00 GB. To reduce or free up your Upload Space, you can consider deleting and purging some attachments. But before you do so, we highly advise downloading all the submission data first, as they can no longer be restored once purged. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button.
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
1. Still in Jotform Tables, click directly on the attachments, and click on the Trash bin icon.
2. Select Delete file(s) to confirm.
You can also delete multiple submission entries if you want to. Here's how to do that:
1. Still in Jotform Tables, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column.
2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
3. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
Lastly, here's how to purge the deleted entries:
1. Open the Main Tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Trashed Entries from the options.
3. In the Trash panel, choose the entries to purge.
4. Select Delete Forever and select Yes, Delete from the modal.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other help.
