Update account usage status request

    For whatever reason I’m never able to unlock my account even after clearing the cache on my end

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that you're over the limit but after refreshing your account on our end, it updates the actual status. Your account usage is now within the limit. Your forms should be active now.
