We use this form extensively for our temple services.
Filling and making a payment through this form used to generate an email. we have an integration setup to create a calendar entry for the services booked. It used to work until last week, but now it stopped working for past few days. Can you please look into this ASAP?
This is critical to our operations.

Hi RV,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested the form on my end, and I can replicate the issue. The form did not work when paying for the amount. Can you try switching to another payment gateway, and check if that can help? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element then go to Payments tab.
- Click on Three Dots icon beside Stripe then switch it to another payment gateway.
- After that, click on the same icon then switch it back to Stripe and integrate your account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
