In the application for nonprofits, you request a copy of form 990. We are a tax exempt religious organization, and so we do not file a form 990. Is there some other documentation I can submit to show that we are a registered non-profit? Thank you.

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We understand that as a tax-exempt religious organization, you are not required to file Form 990.
As an alternative, you can provide one of the following documents to verify your nonprofit status:
- A copy of your IRS Determination Letter confirming 501(c)(3) status
- A state-issued tax exemption certificate
- Any official government documentation verifying your tax-exempt nonprofit status
You can upload the relevant document in place of Form 990 when submitting your non-profit discount application.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
