This is the image on the bottom of the application. when I click pay with Venmo and the applicant. I open my Venmo and try to scan to pay and then nothing happens on my end. Am I using this incorrectly?

Hi CCCNAdmin,
There's a known issue ongoing with Venmo as of the moment. It seems that you are experiencing issues with the QR code while it is integrated with PayPal Checkout on your form. When using Venmo through PayPal, the payment process should allow users to scan the QR code to complete their payment seamlessly. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check Integration Settings: Ensure that your form is correctly set up with PayPal Checkout, as Venmo payments are processed through this integration. Confirm that your PayPal account is a Business account, as Venmo is only available for Business accounts.
- Test QR Code Generation: Make sure that the QR code is generated properly. You can do this by going to the Publish tab in the Form Builder and selecting the option for QR code.
- Mobile Device Compatibility: Verify that you are using a mobile device to scan the QR code, as Venmo payments are primarily designed for mobile transactions. Ensure that the Venmo app is installed and updated on the device you are using.
- Provide Feedback: If the problem persists, please share any specific error messages you encounter or describe what happens when you attempt to make a payment.
Once we gather more information, we can assist you further in resolving this issue.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
