Hi Angel,,
To clarify, are you referring to the mode of your payment integration? Test mode lets you use dummy cards to simulate payments without processing any real money. This is useful for testing the payment flow. However, if you'll be collecting payments from actual customers, you should switch to live mode, where real transactions are processed, and only valid cards are accepted.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

hello this was pertaining for form views. this was the original question
"No. The Preview will not be counted against your form views. It will also not count if you view a form while logged in – even if it is embedded on your website. This means that form views only count if someone else views the form. The same applies if you are not logged into the system while checking it."
can you break this down further its from you website!
if I click "edit" from the Jotform app on my mobile device to edit the form does that count as a "form view" ?
" It will also not count if you view a form while logged in – even if it is embedded on your website"? what does this mean exactly?, you can look at your form another way beside "preview, if your logged in"??
"The same applies if you are not logged into the system while checking it." what's does this mean exactly? while checking it from where and how?? if you are not logged in how can you preview the form??
additionally, I notice that sometimes the preview and the "live version" doesn't always look the same why is that? and how are we suppose to customize it to our preference if the preview is different at times? especially with your "mobile preview" its so small doesn't represent live usage at least make that adjustable to get a real sense of how it would look. but I guess that helps with your form views limits to make user upgraded?
I was then given this answer below
"If you click edit on your Jotform App, and edit the form, it will not be counted as a form view. Form views are only counted when the form is in live mode. If you are logged in to your Jotform account and checks the form in live mode, it will also not be counted against your form view"
so my follow up question was
what is consider "live mode" in Jotform when I click on preview within Jotform?
from this stamen in the answers that I got
"If you are logged in to your Jotform account and checks the form in live mode,"

Hi Angel,
I can understand the confusion on how form views are counted. First, let me show you the preview of the form and the live version. Take a look at the screenshots below:
Preview:
Live:
Checking the preview of the form requires you to log in to the account. The Preview will not be counted against your form views. Checking the live form without logging in to your account will be counted as form views. If you want to check the live form, make sure that you're logged in to your Jotform account.
A Jotform form appears different on mobile view because it is designed to be responsive by default, meaning it automatically adjusts its layout and element sizes to fit the smaller screen of a mobile device, optimizing the user experience for different screen sizes without any extra configuration needed. If you need to check how the live form looks using a mobile device. I suggest downloading and installing the Jotform Mobile Forms on your mobile device.
If you log in to the Jotform App, Forms are synced in and you can check the live preview of the form. Check out the screencast below:
You can also open a web browser on your mobile device, log in to your Jotform account, access the form, and check the live preview.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

hello,
on the 1st round of images you showed a preview and a "live" screenshot how did you access the live? where did you go what did you click? im assuming when you go to more than "view" under form that is a "live" version? and that is NOT counted?
2nd i have the jot form app which is what I was referring to when I said edit in the jot form app. so now on the screen recording you shared from mobile you are clicking what? fill out form?? and that does NOT count as a view? also I know that its suppose to be responsive for mobile but I am not comparing desktop to mobile lol im comparing the Jotform preview of the mobile is not the same as if look at it on my Phone! for instance when preview mobile on Jotform it shows the radio buttons in a single column and some elements are off BUT when I see it on my Phone it as it should be TWO columns for the radio button everything is right where it should be BUT not on your preview EVEN from the MOBILE APP if I click on FILL OUT FORM its a different layout then when I actually go to the form (send link or look on website) if that make sense to you guys.
also its clear that from the desktop if you click preview then mobile it looks off because its a smaller device not real world use anymore maybe 4 years ago but most phones are bigger than that now! that should be adjustable to get a real representation of what it would look like instead of use burning through our views to make sure everything is aligned properly since its false info when I look at the preview on JOTFORM end.
tell me if you can see the difference ? I added 6 screen shots 2 are from the JOTFORM MOBILE APP when I click on FILL OUT FORM 2 are from the DESTOP VERSION OF JOTFORM when I click on preview on the top right and then mobile and lastly the other 2 are from my phone when I view on my website or the publish link! how can we truly design the form without burning through our views if the JOTFORM preview is always OFF?

Hi Angel,
Basically, if your form is accessed using this URL on any type of device, it will count as a form view. If you're in the Form Builder which is this page, it will not count as a form view even if you click don't the Preview button.
So, if you need to test your form on an actual mobile device, you would have to use this URL in the mobile browser which will count against your form views count.
