I want to add a coworker to the google calendar integration option.
It's only using my email but I want to share these details with alot of people -

Hello boudah
In this case what I would suggest is to rely on google itself. While you have integration running you connected your services with the google, and you would want to manage the rest with them.
Let me point you to proper resources:
Depending on your preference you may schedule an event with co worker, share a calendar etc.

However, you can achieve this functionality by using Jotform's integration with Zapier, which provides more advanced automation capabilities, including the ability to add guests to Google Calendar events. Assuming you already have a Zapier account. go to the Zapier website
- Create a new Zap. Click on create
- Choose Jotform as the Trigger app, kindly choose the new submission trigger
- Connect your Jotform Account and select the form that you want to use.
- Set up Google Calendar as the Action.
4. Choose the action Event, select create detailed event.
5. Connect your Google Calendar account
6. Customize the event details , and add the guest in the guest field
