Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, do you want to upload multiple images at once? Do you want the data to be shown just like your sample file? You can use the file upload field to upload 25 items at once. You can check out this guide on how to use the file upload.

I am looking the requirement bulk submission from a excel file with attached file uploads from a specific column. It will helps the users those maintain the data in excel and upload the excel file to the form.

As long as the Excel file is within the File Upload field limit, users should be able to upload an XLSX file.

but not able to find what parameters we used for upload file or "Sample_File_Upload"

Thanks for the clarification. You can only import CSV or Excel files using the import submission. It is not possible to upload images using the app. Check out this guide on how to import submissions.
