Hi!
I have integrated Jotform with Pipedrive - screenshots attached but do not get a "new person" lead in Pipedrive. I receive a conformation email when I submit the form but no other action.

Hi Jacob,
Can you try to remove the integration and Integrate your form again with Pipedrive? Also, make sure the fields on Pipedrive match the fields elements of your form. Once done, submit a test submission and let us know if that resolve the issue.
