Hi macbandparents,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to your form calculation widget that it will multiply the calculation in the payment gateway? If so, just remove the multiplication sign and zero. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, go to your Form Calculation widget, and click on the Wand icon.
- Hover your mouse to the right side of the screen, remove the Multiplication sign and the Zero digit.
- Lastly, click on Save.
This should be the calculation.
If you want to add a decimal in your form calculation widget, you can just turn on the Show empty decimal places.
- In Form Builder, in the Form Calculation widget, click on the Wand icon.
- Hover your mouse to the right side of the screen, click on Options.
- Click on the Checkbox of the Show empty decimal places.
- Click on Go Back and click on Save.
Here is a preview of the cloned form.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

macbandparentsReplied on February 16, 2025 at 11:15 AMThank you. That seemed to fix the problem for lines 9&11 correctly
depending on the quantity selected. However, when selecting a quantity for
line 10, number of seniors, it is still charging them the
quantity selected. I have this set to value zero since their tickets are
free. When previewing, it is charging $1 for each quantity selected. Please
let me know how to fix this line to not charge. Line 9&11 need to remain as
is. Thanks
Christina

Hi macbandparents,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the senior tickets charging $1 for each quantity selected, even though you have set their value to zero. Let me help you with that:
1. In your Ticket Price Form Calculation, click the wand icon.
2. In your formula, remove the Number of Band Senior Student field and the calculation.
3. Then click Save at the bottom of the panel.
Your formula should look like the image below:
