Hi scfallfestival1,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is not possible to import multiple emails recipients from your excel file since your account is on a Free plan. Multiple email recipients are available only to paid users. You may check out the guide here on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Also, it is not possible to send forms directly to a distribution email or group email. You can't send the form to the list of email addresses from your Excel file at once; however, emails need to be entered manually, or you can copy and paste the email addresses from your Excel file. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Copy the emails from your Excel file, then go to the Recipients tab, paste the email addresses, and click on the Save button.
